Please Note: MEMBERSHIPS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED EACH AUGUST UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED IN WRITING PRIOR TO BILLING. Memberships are non-refundable.
The membership is annual and self-renewing and may be terminated only at the end of the season in writing. The initial payment of membership fees is not refundable unless cancelled in writing within three days of the purchase. I understand that an annual 18% service charge is automatically assessed on all accounts 30 days past due.
I understand that this application is subject to acceptance by our Board of Directors and that, if accepted, I shall have the right to use and enjoy the facilities of the Club in accordance with its by-laws, rules and regulations now in effect, or as they may be hereafter amended by the Board of Directors of the Frontenac Racquet Club. I further understand that the Club reserves the right to cancel a membership at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors in the event a member?s statement is not current or if a member?s conduct is detrimental to the general environment of the Club.
I hereby release Frontenac Racquet Club from any and all liability for any damage or injury which I may receive while using the equipment and facilities and assume all risks for claims arising from the use of said equipment and facilities. The Frontenac Racquet Club is not responsible for any injury sustained at the Club.
